Honor Code

1. Learn Honestly

TARK Learn is a study tool. Students should use practice, mistakes, explanations, and review paths to build real understanding, not to fake progress or bypass learning.

2. Strict Tests

• Do not use AI tutors, hints, answer keys, solution walkthroughs, outside messaging, or another person's help during a strict test.
• Do not share test questions, answers, screenshots, or form content with other students.
• Use only the resources that TARK Learn marks as allowed for that test or accommodation.

3. Uploads and Copyright

Upload only materials you are allowed to use for study. Do not upload copyrighted test banks, released exams, textbook answer manuals, school assessments, or private classroom materials unless you have permission.

4. Question Bank Protection

Do not scrape, copy, bulk-export, resell, or publish TARK Learn questions, answer keys, study packs, or private generated materials. Question exposure makes practice less fair and less useful for other students.

5. Code Practice

Do not try to bypass Java runner limits, submit harmful code, access files or networks that are not part of the exercise, or interfere with TARK Learn systems.

6. Parent and Helper Role

Parents and helpers may encourage, explain concepts, and review progress. They should not complete student answers, upload prohibited materials, or present another person's work as the student's own.

7. What Happens If Rules Are Broken

TARK Learn may remove content, invalidate a practice or test session, limit features, suspend access, or ask a parent for clarification if we believe the Honor Code, Terms, copyright rules, or safety controls were violated.
